In her previous life, Hirune Hanamaki worked herself to death at an extremely exploitative and inhumane company. Immediately upon waking up, Hirune finds herself in a church, where an archbishop named Zecytus takes her under his wing as an apprentice saint who is to put her divine powers to good use.

However, she discovers that by becoming a great saint, she would have her own church and the freedom to relax and sleep to her heart’s content. With this goal in mind, Hirune—together with her new friends Jeanne and Holly—begins working toward a peaceful life of leisure.
